Please note that the loft conversion has some steeper stairs leading up to it (we have a rope bannister for aid) and the bathroom opens out onto a bend in the stairs so Oswy Street might be unsuitable for young children or the elderly. We have provided a night light in the corridor so please make sure it’s switched on at night to aid you.

About the owners

Oswy Street is the much loved holiday home of Harry & Zillah. Harry is a literary agent so you will find lots of interesting books throughout the house. The book shelves in the Master bedroom and the Bunk bedroom are available for book swap if that takes your fancy. The books downstairs are for guests to enjoy during their stay but please do not remove these from the house.

Harry & Zillah are dog lovers and so Oswy Street accepts well behaved dogs throughout the year - they have two miniature dachshunds called Rocket &. Squash who absolutely love exploring Whitby and walking off-lead on the Cinder Track and the beach!
